My product came without a screw tightening tool so luckily I have my own tools. I've read several reviews about their cart falling apart/failing. Be sure to tighten all pre-assembled screws, especially on the wheels! Mine were bolted on just enough to hold them together but not tight enough to be strong. I also had to tighten the bolts holding the footpeg springs (which loosen the grip). The springs would relax if I didn't. I've used a similar but more powerful cart before so I knew how the operation was supposed to work, but the bolts MUST be tightened and tightened. Also, be careful with the footrest during operation when you let go of the handle. it can slide too far and come out of the grooves. I check it often and if it slips too much I just let it rebound. Otherwise I've used it successfully. I didn't check the max load, but I did have a case of water, a few jugs of juice, and other groceries. I wouldn't go too far with that as this cart isn't as heavy as it looks.
