It's easy enough that anyone with basic web skills can use it without needing help from an IT person or administrator who understands how computers work at this level! The price is right too - $49 per seat plus support costs which are not high compared even some enterprise solutions out there today ($150+). I've been impressed so far by its stability; we have had one incident when our system went down but they were able fix things within minutes rather than waiting days like you'd expect otherwise because everything was backed up locally as well as online via their cloud-based servers etcetera etcetra. We're trying different approaches now though using what used be called "web 2" apps instead since many people think anything done over internet will give them problems later if/when websites go offline due to crashes et al., hence why most companies still rely heavily upon Microsoft Office Word type documents being exchanged between departments despite all manner of issues arising whenever these files get transferred around internally let alone.
