The fact that they offered a 2 year waterproof guarantee is a joke. The impregnation of the first pair lasted less than 6 months. The shoes are so comfortable that I bought a second pair right after the first one for future use. I got them up and running much sooner than I expected as the first pair was no longer waterproof and the second pair had lost almost all of their waterproofing by the third round I played them! So far the customer service has been bad. New Balance said to take them to the store for service even though I included a receipt proving they were purchased online. I received no reply to the email that followed.
