True to size, fits very well. The insoles are comfortable and definitely support on their own. Excited to do a class with them.

The shoes are good quality but I'm still getting used to them as they don't have a cut in the middle and they fit a bit. However, once turned on, they start to feel pretty good after a few minutes.

I wish there was a version with smaller handles. The handles work great on the outside, but I almost slipped and fell while walking on the linoleum on the inside. They look good and are comfortable. Hopefully the plastic spikes will work better indoors on hard floors after they wear out. The inner material resembles a soft neoprene sock.

I wear a normal size 13 and the New Balance fits my foot perfectly as usual. Was out in humid conditions and kept my feet dry. Update about a month later: My right leg is numb in the top right corner. Not sure if it's the shoes, golf repeatability (first full season of regular play) or a 50 year old issue. My feet hurt after playing in them and I found that the waterproofing doesn't work either. It may not have anything to do with shoes, but I'll try insoles or other shoes.

The tongue and body of the shoe are not separate (they are one) as is the case with most shoes. The foot could not fit into the shoes. Reminds me of rubber boots

These are the best golf shoes I've ever owned. Nothing compares to the quality and comfort these shoes offer. I will not buy any others until I can order these.

The shoes fit well but are very difficult to put on the foot. I would say that these shoes are not even considered waterproof. I play golf in the northern part of the country where early morning dew is common but the temperature makes wet feet very uncomfortable. I hate every return process but I will return these shoes.

I have a pair of New Balance shoes, size 9 2E. This one has a size 9 label but feels like a size 8. My feet are full of blisters. How is it that New Balance is wrong about sizing?

Normally NewBalance shoes were/were my favorite golf and tennis shoes but the quality has gone down over the years. Fit and comfort are no longer the norm! DISSATISFIED!

The fact that they offered a 2 year waterproof guarantee is a joke. The impregnation of the first pair lasted less than 6 months. The shoes are so comfortable that I bought a second pair right after the first one for future use. I got them up and running much sooner than I expected as the first pair was no longer waterproof and the second pair had lost almost all of their waterproofing by the third round I played them! These golf shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I can't wait for them to wear out and will rock them everyday!

Lightweight and very comfortable; However, the upper eye holes ripped after only being worn twice. Conveniently, the return window ended 2 days before it burst. Get potential but not well built.

We only played one round with them but we felt great. I usually buy FootJoy. But all my casual shoes are NB so I decided to give it a try. I feel great. They're comfortable, yet have enough support to keep them from "shaking" underfoot. And they don't cost $230. The only thing I see as a downside is that they look like sneakers at the bottom so it won't be possible to swap out the spikes. But I usually blow out the insoles before that happens.

Although these are golf shoes, I bought them to wear while coaching my son's minor league baseball team. I've always liked NB but their new take on the turf shoe doesn't really stand out. Anyway, they did and they work great!

Very important. Very comfortable and durable. The insole comes out which is good if it gets wet it can dry on the outside of the shoe. I bought 2 pairs.
