I really like this clip and am quite picky about things. That's a little less than I expected. In my photo you can see that it is only slightly longer than a normal house key. It takes a little more coordination to attach a belt or belt loop than my old hat, but I'm getting used to it. My only real concern is that the spring action may wear out over time, but only time will tell. My wedding ring kind of fell off my old hat after I took it off to exercise, so I was looking for a new, reliable option. I hope so. A word to the wise: Titanium leaves marks on ceramic that I can't seem to remove. I made sure this clip would do it by testing it on a cheap bowl.
