My black dog is safe now!

My little black dog can now be seen when we're out for a walk at night (and so can I!). I have a green one and I think it's going to a rave. haha. My dog is 13 pounds with a 12 inch neck and when the collar arrived it was huge. Instead of cutting it open, I realized that if I left it rolled up (like it was in the box), it would actually slip over his head. Easy to turn on. He has a double thread around his neck, but that's okay. For small dogs this might be an option. Haven't charged it yet so can't vouch for it but it seems like a good product.
