4.5 stars: Good build quality, boxing, sound, noise cancellation Good but strong

These are really good headphones. I haven't played many genres of music, but the sound quality is very good for vocals and piano/synth music. Not for the audiophile by any means, but certainly good enough to work or listen to most of the time. They're a little tight, but comfortable in everything. Bluetooth and USB modes work well and connect easily to the former. Battery life is decent, not great. In fact, enough for the whole workday and the next before needing to be recharged. The noise cancellation is really impressive, if almost over the top. Depending on what is being clipped, the headphones can produce audible "white noise" when you turn the volume down to a relatively low level. But OTO, literally noisy washing machines, lawn mowers right outside the window? Not there. You are so good. You just have to turn up the volume a little to stop hearing white noise. Another thing I notice is that there is very little "pressure" when this feature is enabled, but that's probably a physical factor / may be the case with phones that cover the area around your ear (more or less ), cannot be avoided. None of this is a deal breaker, however; definitely recommend these. Will be updated if problems arise.
