I received this product today and decided to try it right away. The headset was not recognized by the Bluetooth device on either Android 9.x or iOS 13.4.1. I downloaded the Razer Opus app which was able to connect to the headphones but there was still no Bluetooth audio connection on Android devices and iPhones.
