Sigh. I had fairly severe follicular keratosis on my thighs, shins, buttocks and arms. It's safe to say I know a thing or two about this garbage state. This gem didn't work. It didn't start working. It is very small with no handle and also very heavy. I don't know how many times I've given up trying to make it work. It's annoying. I even tried using dirty gloves while working with this, thinking it would give a better grip. nope I stopped trying because I thought it might damage my tub. I followed ALL the directions up to the T. I was gentle, getting my skin wet enough, trying to move in circles, lengthways, whatever. It just glided over my skin like soap. It's impossible to be gentle to get results with it. I didn't like the idea of scratching my skin either, so I didn't dare try. Now it's just a rock in my bathroom. It's embarrassing how well they work with little effort. I turned a bar of soap into liquid soap (google it, it's very easy), poured it onto a gloved hand and scrubbed. The results this bar promises are what I get with my method (it's gross and beautiful) and I couldn't be happier.
