Review on VCRP by Garrett Craven

The tool has helped us to automate our processes with ease by using it as an ERMS for all of my projects in different phases from concept thru construction completion. It's also great that you can create your own templates which saves time when creating plans or reports at handoff times! I would like more flexibility within this software so we could have custom reporting capabilities but overall its been easy enough to use even if there are limited options available right now. We've used vcrp primarily during preconstruction phase (planning) where it helps me track progress across multiple disciplines while building out project scope documents/plans.
