I have a 2006 TBSS with LS2 long tube heads and a pacesetter (thermoceramic coated) that you're not using plugs may be in stock due to space constraints. Even expensive imitation wires with heating sleeves boiled from the manifold heat, especially with straight cylinders, and caused misfiring. I replaced them with 2 misfiring cylinders and the ceramic part only touched the manifold on #2 or #4 (can't remember which) but that doesn't matter - those things just absorb heat - they won't thermal socks needed (at least not for my problem). They have a nice positive "click" that lets you know they're on the fork too. After $5,000 and 6 months of updates, I want to buy them for my "project" from the start. And they were about the same price or less than others that melted considering the cost of thermal socks. If you have a similar heat issue I would highly recommend them.
