This is my third wireless headphone I've tried in the last few months. This product has a comfortable fit, good charging cradle and easy-to-use buttons. The sound quality is okay, but not outstanding. The volume is not high enough to hear my lawn mower well. The biggest downside, however, is connectivity. Completely wireless headphones don't seem to be quite suitable for very active people yet. I listen to music when I work in the garden. My Wi-Fi router covers a 10,000 square foot radius around my house, so there's no problem here. I have found that these headphones often lose connection when I have my phone in my pocket. The front pocket seems to work better, but I can't always carry it there. When I put it in my back pocket, I have intermittent connectivity issues. Even my arms and hands twisting around my body while I work interferes with the Bluetooth signal. Sometimes both ears are cut out, sometimes just the left one, which leads me to believe that the bluetooth receiver is only on the right side. Returned.
