too big for air filter and accessories
ordered this "4" filter to install a 4" cold air intake pipe. Pipe diameter 4". The description and box from K&N says 4" ID. . doesn't go in the pipe. tried soap as a lubricant and worked as it was too small. This damaged the filter, I still haven't installed it. In the end he stopped in frustration and measured the inside diameter of the filter. Filter size 3.75 inches. Now it's a useless, corrupted piece of junk and still fails to install.
