Already used this product a few times according to the instructions. I give it stars for effectively dissolving black flakes. Unfortunately, it hasn't completely cleaned my nozzles yet. We bought a house with a hot tub and so far nothing has helped to 100% clean it completely. The loss of stars is solely due to it being extremely corrosive. Despite good ventilation and open windows, this product found its way into bathrooms and adjoining rooms, causing severe eye and sinus stinging in the whole family. This time I woke up the next morning with a severe sinus infection with some bleeding and infection. The respiratory system is also inflamed and there is no history of asthma or other lung diseases. It's only 15 minutes use! I've used several other cleaners that worked as well or even better in the same amount of time, but never smelled as pungent.
