There is a LG smartphone (6 months). Connects and recognizes that the USB is connected, but cannot copy files to the flash drive or use it for storage. Useless. I click on a folder and select files and say "transfer" and it says "no files" and nothing happens. I received this because my laptop no longer recognizes my phone for file transfer after a Windows 10 update (known issue for Microsoft). I can use my laptop as a storage drive, but the ease of transferring between the phone and the computer is a joke.
