I wish I knew beforehand
So this was used to replace my road bike derailleur cable which was old barbed wire. I cut it to length and had to cut the old one to remove it. No problem, except this one doesn't feel as smooth as the one it replaced. I contacted the seller about my concerns and they told me I'm the only one with this problem and it's not their fault either, they weren't the manufacturer. Spring.
