The app allowed me to learn about nutrition from someone who knows what they're talking about! I appreciate how detailed their explanations were, especially when explaining things like calories/fat content and how food should be consumed throughout the day. It was also really helpful for having people explain different points of view regarding certain foods or diets (i.e., vegan vs vegetarian). There wasn't much for me to dislike - just some minor formatting issues with how it looked as you navigated through the website (text appeared out of place) but those are easily fixed. This isn't perfect by any means so don't expect this to change your life over night. Instead look into other sources such as books or websites which can give more depth and information than this app gave me. I have never eaten healthier before nor had more energy!
