Review on 🐾 CozyPhones Paw Patrol Kids Headphones - Over-The-Ear Headband Headphones with Volume Limitation, Thin Speakers & Soft Headband – Marshall Edition by Chris Thrower

These headphones are very nice but the design itself has flaws. The speakers themselves are good for a child. They are flat and sit very well on the ear. The problem lies in the speaker headband housing material as it is too thick and dampens the volume. Both my grandkids and nephew said they couldn't hear with them, so I did a test with them. The speakers are detachable so I removed them and plugged them into my MP3 player. They worked flawlessly and at maximum volume, which is enough for a child. But then I put them back in the bandage and put them on. I couldn't hear any volume. I took off the headband and then just held it to my ear, but I still couldn't hear anything. In terms of comfort, my grandchildren and nephew said the headband was too tight and uncomfortable; As a result, none of them even want to wear a bandage. The material is too warm and too thick. My grandson doesn't want me to return it because he loves Paw Patrol. I think I will try to come up with something so that the money spent is not lost. I do not recommend this product. EDIT: The company contacted me about problems with the headphones. They offered to replace it but I felt it was unfair to the company because my grandson plays with the headband himself (puts it on his stuffed animals and other toys) and my wife made the headband from a thinner material and used speakers in it . It would be wrong for the company to lose profits and replace these headphones with a headband, it's unfair to them. But the fact that they were so willing to do it means a lot. I changed my rating from 2 to 3. I stand by my review of the headband headphones but the customer service deserves a 5 star rating.
