Review on 🧼 Nushine Magic Cleaning Plate (Large 230x154mm) - Effortless Cleaning for Multiple Items! Reusable & Chemical-Free by Nate Caldwell

Great for things that are so faded blue gray!

I really love this cleaning pad! But I have to mention a couple of things: The company doesn't give you directions, so I give them. :-)one. I use about 1/4 cup Arm and Hammer WASHING soda (NOT baking soda) per quart of warm water. The container I use is plastic. It's actually one of those smaller plastic jars with a lid, but big enough to hold the plate so it lays flat on the bottom of the container. Remember to touch your item with the plate when cleaning.3. You will get better results if you brush the item with a soft toothbrush when you put it on your plate. I found the toothbrush small enough to get into crevices and do tricky jobs, but gentle enough not to scratch metal. After a few seconds, typically less than 1 minute, your item will be free of severe tarnish. *NOTE* The plate really only removes tarnish, it does not polish the product. I think some people in other reviews were disappointed with the plate thinking it was polished too. What is the difference? If you've ever seen a slightly matte silver with a golden tint, you've probably seen what I would call clean but unpolished silver. Polished silver does not tarnish, it is a light platinum blue silver color and is very shiny. Please see the photos of the candlesticks I have uploaded. The one on the left was polished, the one on the right came straight out of a bowl of water. It's hard to see the difference in the photo, but in person it's definitely there. If you like to polish your silver (like me) I recommend a quick run with a polishing cloth like Blitz.5. After soaking a few things they smell like sulfur, not much but what can you do? You're probably wondering why I like this thing so much. Just look at the pretty grisly photos I uploaded of the silver plated bucket. The cleaning pad is great for silver that has tarnished so incredibly you will NEVER remove tarnish with a polishing cloth. Unfortunately, I had quite a few things that fit that description and didn't really know what to do with them. Thanks for the Nushine Magic Cleaning Pad!
