The most useful feature is its ability to track all of your employees' time in real-time so you can easily see where they spend their working hours each day/weekday etc as well ensure there are no overtime issues which could lead towards an audit from HMRC or similar body! As we have multiple sites across our business I like that it allows me access remotely via my phone / tablet with ease whenever required - this makes life easier when i am away at events during busy periods such has Christmas! It also ensures consistency between departments within one site meaning less rekeying data into spreadsheets every week (very labour intensive).
