If you like it, give it 5 stars. 4- has a washable outer cover. The foam inner cover should not be put in the washer or dryer according to the instructions on the pillow. 5- beautifully tailored item with zippers. I was looking for a memory foam feel that is more durable and will compress and return to its original shape with the indentation and it doesn't. Luckily I only bought 2. I will look for memory foam as ONE piece, not shredded like this product, which after prolonged use is indistinguishable from flat pancake foam.
