Doesn't stick to itself. I had to glue it to keep it from falling apart.

These ribbons must be old because they won't stick by themselves. I've used this type of tape before and it was easy to wrap around the stem. With this tape I have to stick it, otherwise it will bloom. I had to go back. Maybe it was just this bunch. Who knows.
