3 packs come in a cute little pouch, each with a black lobster clasp that can be used to secure what you are carrying. Mine is pictured with a standard tube of Burt's Bees and seems pretty safe after almost a week of use. The design looks a little inferior to the image advertised but it is what you would expect from a neoprene and at this price point. Nice, functional, compact, great price! I never carry a purse or purse with me, just this keychain, so I never carry lip balm when I'm out. Problem solved at a great price!
