I've been using Gigi universal honey for many years and I'm very happy with it. The wax is very sticky (as it should be) but doesn't sting the skin when hot/very warm. Adheres well to the strips (I use disposable strips) leaving very little/insignificant on the skin. However, if no wax is used, the residue on the skin is very sticky and difficult to wash off (easily washed off with oil-based mineral bath salts, I use a Sabon body scrub).
