The camera does its job and the video/audio quality is good enough. Installation is also easy. The case is solid and the water resistance is excellent. The big minus is the app, which lacks one important feature: 24-hour simultaneous recording + motion alert. First, you don't have a video timeline like other camera apps (e.g. Wise). If you want continuous recording, you can only choose the duration of each video. If you set it to 1 minute, you will have a video every minute. It is very difficult to use. Second, if you also want a motion alert in addition to continuous recording, good luck. You will receive a notification that says "Traffic Alert". You click on it and you will be taken to the app. Where is the video of this announcement? Well, you can go through all your 1 minute videos and see which one has it and which one has it crazy. (So you support a large SD card, but I can't record continuously?) Finally, think it would be better to set it to record motion-only video, then you lose the first 1-2 seconds of motion that sometimes most important. Bulk. There is another product that looks the same but with an SD card. I missed the Prime Day discount so I bought this one instead because it's cheaper. I'm not sure if he's having the same issue as it seems they are using different apps. If the above issues don't suit you, I suggest buying big brands because they make great apps. I'll live with that as the rear camera isn't very important and I like the fact that I don't have to run a separate cable for the camera. If you don't mind, the regular Light + Wyze v3 should be both cheaper and more reliable. There is also a product that is a regular light but has a USB port for connecting your own camera. I didn't buy it because some people say motion detection is not good but it might work for you.
