I bought another heater and got terrible results, but then I bought this one and found it works great! I am very happy with the ease of use and the amount of heat it can give off to get my small pond up to the right temperature! I highly recommend this product but make sure you get a model that may be a little larger than you think you might need. I purchased an item that claims to heat 150 gallons even though my small pond is about 125. The construction is very well done and the digital display for setting the temperature is phenomenal. Well done! UPDATE: The first one I got failed. I changed, and again the error. Not good for my pets who depend on me to take care of them.
