With incorrectly selected memory parameters during overclocking, it cannot reset the values on its own. A permanent reboot into the BIOS begins, from which at least one menu item associated with overclocking disappears. It is treated in two ways. The first is to close the contact on the board (see instructions). The second - when booting into the BIOS, select reset to factory settings. Then, immediately after the reboot and a new entry into the BIOS, immediately exit it without saving the parameters. Then the motherboard makes several boot attempts and as a result it finally boots with the factory BIOS settings. You can continue experimenting after that.
