StoHua's subpar quality and absence of customer service

I was expecting to get high-quality products and wonderful service when I made a purchase from StoHua for my baby. The goods and customer service were below my expectations. A major issue was that the car seat I got was broken and not suitable for my child. It was very challenging for me to get an answer from the customer service team when I tried to contact them. It was frustrating because I had to waste so much time attempting to get in touch with them. The accessories were also of poor quality and fell short of my standards. In sum, I was disappointed by my time with StoHua and would not suggest them to other parents. Having been around the block a few times, I can attest to the value of well-made goods and trustworthy service. Unfortunately, StoHua did not measure up to expectations on either count. Parents should shop elsewhere for infant necessities, in my opinion.
