This case looks great on my iPod Nano with a high gloss finish. It works for me because I'm not the one testing it. I use it fairly sparingly and I doubt it would hold up very well if the user was really hard with it. The body snaps onto the iPod. If you insert the headphones too firmly, you can pull your iPod out of the case. So if you need "lightweight" protection, this is something to consider. If you've put a lot of strain on your iPod, you should look for something more permanent.
