I've had this mouse pad since late last year. As far as comfort goes I have absolutely no complaints. However, the gel pad that your palm/wrist rests on doesn't hold up well, the gel pad is starting to bulge out onto the actual mouse pad, it is not leaking, just bulging but still in very useable condition.Update: Upon seeing my review, MROCO contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. They sent me a new mouse pad, with a sincere apology that their product didn't perform as it should have. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you MROCO! To be fair, after thinking about it, I believe the reason this mouse pad didn't hold up was due to the conditions I use it under. I use it for a laptop computer that is sitting on a coffee table at a much lower height than a conventional desk. So, it was not just supporting my wrist and some of the weight of my lower arm as it would on a conventional desk. It was supporting the weight of my entire arm and I am a 235 lb. man. Had it been used on a conventional desk I do not think this would have happened. Once again thank you MROCO!
