Review on Controller Adjustable Vibration Ergonomic Transparent by Warrick Dembo

I liked this controller but the wireless connection stopped working after I updated the switch to 12.0. Binbok sent a message with instructions on how to reconnect wirelessly, but it didn't work. They said I had to download the file to my computer to update the controller. The file you sent me doesn't work on a MacBook. I asked them if there was a file for Mac and they just told me to use a Windows system. I don't have a Windows system, so I'm SOL. I can't believe this company doesn't have an update that could be done on a MacBook. I would give this controller and this company 0 stars if I could.
