I've been using it for less than a month but it's been over a week now and it's been working the whole time. I wanted to make sure it was working before our trip. I also had to make sure how it was powered and if I needed to make how many adjustments in a given time. watch the video The great thing about this product is that it rotates 380 degrees and you can pretty much customize it to your liking. The opening of the feeder has different sizes depending on how much food you want to feed at the time of feeding. The timer can be set for 4 different times of the day and for 1, 2 or 3 feedings at the same time (meaning it will rotate once, twice or 3 times during the set timer). It also has a manual control button (I think it can be used when you are at home). It seems you can either use the battery or charge it with the included USB charger. I only used it with the charger that came with it. With this setting, it has a battery life that you can view to see how much battery life is left. Overall this works great for me. It's only been a week and I use it at home every day so I'd say it's working great. I'll update if anything happens. Otherwise, it's a game changer when traveling.
