Lack of water at the beginning and does not turn on.

This product is not included in the scope of delivery. I filled it up to the Max mark, but the device still writes about the lack of water and does not turn on. I have the unit full and have been trying to turn it on for a week but it still says low on water and the water is at the max fill line. The device still does not turn on.
