The quality of the skirt exceeded expectations. The upper layer is transparent, the lower one is synthetic. The turquoise color is beautiful. Ankle Length - As Shown. Waist fits well. Hand wash mine and hang dry. My friend loves this skirt and calls it the mermaid princess skirt. I highly recommend and would buy again if anything happened.
