Review on HCDZ Replacement Control CLU 4987S CLU 4997S by Melanie Trunnell

I got these as a replacement remote for my Hitachi TV because they said no programming needed. Maybe I should have asked if the buttons all work BECAUSE THEY DON'T. Pressing OK after entering a channel will cancel the query. I can't access my DVD player or Chromecast with any of the buttons. The Guide button turns on the zoom function. This remote control is a piece of shit. It doesn't even look like the picture in the ad. Luckily the seller refunded my money without asking for a refund. Good on you.
