I suffer from varicose veins and my legs just hurt after a long day of standing or walking. I still have one of those foot massagers, but it goes all over the leg, on the thigh. And I don't like it. It takes up a lot of storage space, takes a long time to adjust properly, limits my mobility and does very little to my hips as most of the massage is focused on the foot, ankle and calf. This style is much better as it takes up less space, works much faster, allows me to move around a bit if needed and still gives a great massage. appropriate. So the rough Velcro touches my skin, which is awful because I can feel it through my clothes (but not my jeans). Like I said, I have big feet. In women's clothing, I wear trousers in size 20/22W. Even at the thickest part of the lower leg I still have a good 4 inches of extra room for the flap which means I can loosen it up a lot and the velcro will still hold. So this will wrap around very large feet. I HATE foot massages - like a pedicure. oh how it hurts. Full thanks to my terrible varicose veins. And yet I LOVE this massage. The air pressure does not hurt, the sensations are incredible! I can literally feel the energy it gives to my legs. This real life is safer after a long day of standing. I'm not one of those people who stick and hold on to a lot of gadgets and tricks. I don't like confusion. But THIS, THIS I keep. IT LIVES IN MY LIVING ROOM. I use it several times a week. The battery life is also excellent. My husband and I both use it and we can use it 2 times each before needing to charge it. I love that I can use it without sitting next to an outlet.
