Review on Profile Head INNOREL N52 Panoramic Camcorder by Ashwin Drollinger

My favorite is the ball head, it's sturdy. The friction on the large main handle is amazing, allowing the head to be moved as needed, even with my large DSLR rig and 600mm lens. The problem I'm having is with the little knob that should allow me to rotate the ball head 360 degrees and I should be able to use the little control knob to rotate it as needed but by myself after full rotation to lose, I see that the rotation is very slow. I'm a nature photographer and because of the slow rotation I can lose a bird if I have to pan quickly. I may be making a mistake as this is my first day out of the box trying to use my 600mm telephoto lens. Can the seller contact me?
