UPDATE: I contacted customer service through the email that came with the instructions and they gave me a full refund for this product. I originally ordered this product because I felt that my handwriting on the glass screen of my iPad Pro 10.5" was getting messier and I thought a "paper-like" screen protector would solve this problem. I have read numerous reviews of different ones I have read versions of "paper" screen movies and this product seems to get the best reviews (except for the Paperlike brand which is not currently available from Revain).The installation instructions are very confusing as it comes with two different instructions to give you each telling different steps.I had to scour the internet to find a decent instructional video, and when I found a video that explained everything well, it turned out it was actually for a different type of screen protector - the Paperlike brand! I applied the protective film easily and without any problems.At first glance, the matte surface of the displaysc The protective film is very attractive, and I also liked that it significantly reduces glare. However, when I felt the texture of the screen protector, I was shocked at how rough and uncomfortable it felt. Reading the reviews I realized it would be a bit rough to achieve a "papery" feel, but I didn't expect it to be so rough that it would make a noise when I was using the run your fingers over it. I thought the Apple Pencil might make less noise, but I was wrong - it was just as loud. Overall I am very disappointed with this product and consider it a waste of my money. Perhaps the only benefits I see with this screen protector are some protection if my iPad is accidentally dropped and an anti-glare effect. Prior to installing this screen protector, I had another screen protector that I was happy with, in addition to the fact that the glass screen was difficult to write on. I removed my previous screen protector and can't seem to put it back on. I hope this review helps anyone considering purchasing this product.
