I have two (very, very messy) brushes that are full of old hair. One is a round brush and the other is my good thermal brush. A thermal brush usually takes FOREVER to remove hair and I've given up on the round one completely. Enter a wet brush - it took me 10 minutes to pick up all the hairs from my thermal brush which is kind of a miracle considering I have very long and thick hair and the entire brush was covered. My round brush didn't cause me any major problems either. The long side was really good for detangling hair, but the short bristles were great for brushing off dandruff, lint and all those other nasty things that were still stuck to the hair. brushed after I chose the hair. After I was done, my brushes looked brand new! I even started using short bristles to dust other things like my vases!
