Initially I was a bit worried about the quality of the product as among other things it was the cheapest on the website. I receive the product without any problems. I had to expand the slots to the widest possible setting for my Surface Book and another laptop. I didn't want a tight fit, I wanted to leave some room for airflow. I don't see the need for frequent adjustments. I can comfortably accommodate my two laptops. Just hop on and off. I am satisfied with the product.
