I have pretty much constant knee issues left over from football and rugby many, many years ago.
I have to in at least once a year to have my knees drained and get a cortisone injection.Sometimes, just getting out of bed can hurt.I have taken to wearing these several nights a week and also during the day, and I wake up feeling great--minimal knee pain and no swelling. I have yet to try them on an actual run, but I am completely satisfied with the compression capabilities.
