easy to use and works well but if you press hard it slows down. I used this in combination with my "Baby Feet" foot mask. My heels are kicking so there was still some rough edges and this tool worked really well. The only thing I leave on is that I frequently press the power level button so that it changes the level I set. . I'm sure it takes a bit of getting used to, but the ergonomic design places the buttons right where your hand will rest.
