Fast charging is cool, but you need a full day of work, a new phone should not work THIS way to count battery percentages and reflash it out of the box (reflashing did not help, the well-known forum on mobile devices studied and did not find a solution like many others. Try to reflash maybe this advice will get better.) Especially now the feature of OnePlus' trouble-free flashing has long been forgotten, there are dances with a tambourine just like the conventional Xiaomi. It used to be solved with two lines in adb, now it's not so simple. Yes, I don’t complain about my hands and I know how to sew devices very well, but this is no longer a geeky smartphone that has you. This is Oxygen os, which is no different from Color. This is a problem of flashing from one OS to another. This is an imei lock and not the possibility of a normal flashing since OnePlus 11. This is a recovery problem after unsuccessful flashing.
