The connection between the C-clip and the hand itself is very nice and smooth. There is no feeling of metal-to-metal contact when using the swivel function. The only real problem is that it's not very tight there, but if it were, it wouldn't rotate as easily. The movement of the rest of the hand is very stiff and once you place it in place it doesn't move until you rotate the device. The cable hiding function is very nice and makes the hand feel very clean and high quality. I wish the flat mount had come with the unit but I would still go with the C clip as I just got the table and don't want to drill holes in the top of the unit just yet. I love that the C-Clip has a bumper so it doesn't damage the surface it's attached to. Think about it. Really a lot for a small arrow, but if you're investing the same money as a native PS1 or Blue Arrow I'd say it's very good, but maybe not the best value for money.
