Tech support, after a bunch of crazy ideas, suggests demolishing the application and reinstalling it. Ok, I'm doing it. Of course, all data is deleted. I enter my data from the account and, of course, the bot's response is that such an account does not exist and has not been registered. For a year and a half I used an application that cannot be used without registration, and the account disappeared. Together with it, a year and a half of important statistics for me and the desire to use the gadget of this brand disappeared. Support makes a helpless gesture, saying sorry, we canโt do anything. Here is such an experience, fucked for my own money.
