The post op bag I received from the eye surgeon did not have an eye patch or lens protector, just a hard plastic protector for night goggles and sun glasses. Glasses on her eyes were surgical work. Not for me. The vision was TOO different. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS SHIELD: CAN BE USED ON ALL SIDES OF GOGGLES: I can wear right or left side. When I want to rest my eye after cataract surgery, I put it on this side. If I just want to see with my freshly operated eye, I put it on the other side. LOT - The fact that you get a few is pretty cool because I got readers for the fine print even before my other eye was done (I could STILL see the fine print near the eye I didn't have surgery on , because I'm very short-sighted ) because I KNEW I would need readers. I put one of these shields on my new cheap reading glasses. I also bought some cheap blue light computer glasses and put one of the visors on the side which I haven't made yet. There is a light breeze blowing, helps block it. FOR ME and what I need, FIVE STARS. WORTH THE MONEY.
