Easy setup, reliable, great deal

Bought this laptop for my mom. She takes time to get used to it, but I think her difficulties are more with the OS than the laptop itself (she's used to Windows 7, not Windows 10). Very simple construction. I love that this laptop is much lighter than my old 17 inch laptop. The price of this laptop was very cheap, especially considering the storage capacity, speed and large screen size of this laptop. Also, I only buy HP laptops - by far the most reliable.
