I like the touchscreen and it's 17.3 inches. Backlit keyboard. It's not, and the keys are VERY hard to read. I had to buy a separate backlit keyboard so I could use it in the evenings. TOO EXPENSIVE not to have a backlit keyboard.

The computer arrived two days earlier than promised so that was a bonus. I didn't find anything on the car (except problems with Windows 10, like everyone else). It's only been two weeks but I'm a happy camper

I am applying and going to law school. I am also visually impaired. With that in mind, I opted for a laptop with a large screen, plenty of internal and external storage, and fast. This laptop is faster than any other laptop I've had. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the laptop in a better color like red or silver. Otherwise I am very happy with my choice so far.

Bought this laptop for my mom. She takes time to get used to it, but I think her difficulties are more with the OS than the laptop itself (she's used to Windows 7, not Windows 10). Very simple construction. I love that this laptop is much lighter than my old 17 inch laptop. The price of this laptop was very cheap, especially considering the storage capacity, speed and large screen size of this laptop. Also, I only buy HP laptops - by far the most reliable.

I bought this laptop to replace an aging laptop. The initial setup was easy to do. However, I was expecting it to be much faster than it is now, but found it unbearably slow. Very disappointed with this car.
