The ability to have everything under one roof! It makes it easy to navigate your entire human resources department from start to finish with ease without having multiple programs or applications open at once. I wish there were more features available (such as automatic time off requests) but that's not really an issue since they are always adding new ones daily/weekly anyways so we're never left out of date if something does come up. We've been able use all our different departments within Humes easily - payrolls through Paychex; benefits enrollment though Human Resources Advantage Online; leave balances via Loomis Fargo Connected Services & Benefits Administration System; etc., plus reporting has made managing employees much easier than before when you had separate spreadsheets everywhere throughout each office location.
