I like most everything about this system including its ease of use for both marketers and salespeople alike. The tools are very intuitive to learn while still being flexible enough to make changes when you need them. If there was anything i disliked it would have been that we did not get any training or support from MMC prior to going live so we had some teething issues at first but they've since stepped up their customer service game! We're able to track our campaigns through different stages (from lead generation through qualification & conversion) as well as identify opportunities which has allowed us to target potential customers better than before. I like the ability to create and edit campaigns. I can easily create custom landing pages and track conversions. I can easily add tags to campaigns and track them down. I can also easily schedule campaigns. I dislike that the software is not as easy to navigate. It is not as user friendly as other platforms. It also has a learning curve to get started. I am able to track my campaigns and create landing pages to track conversions.
